Want a bit of spice in your cooking? Replace oil with this delicious spiced clarified butter. This will last in your fridge for months. Simply just take a spoonful each time you cook. Perfect for starting curries with to add extra depth or coating potatoes and roasting for a beautiful crispy spiced roast potatoes. Sometimes I like to fry some eggs in it. Its very versatile and yum.
