Smokey bashed beef & bean tacos with pico de pina
It ain't pulled. It ain't smashed. Its bashed. Bashed in a good way. Bashing the beef and beans after braising helps thicken the "beef chili". Now I don't know about you, but I don't mind a slice of pineapple on a beef burger (this is not a burger recipe btw)... I'm thinking smokey & spicy beef chilli with pineapple salsa and some help from these guys ===> coriander, pickled onion and freshly squeezed lime. You may just may have a foodgasm in your mouth.
Turns out you will. Just be ready with the paper towels.
