KbK (Korean big maK)
It's the big mac burger tweaked out with a Korean twist. Gochujang pulled beef, spicy cucumber pickles, melty cheese and special sauce. Caution may get messy!
Gochujang is Korean hot pepper paste found in most Asian grocers
Gochugaru is Korean red pepper flakes also found in most Asian grocers
Instead of using beef chuck you could use beef cheek, brisket, blade or any beef good for slow cooking. Lamb shoulder or pork shoulder would also be awesome for this recipe.
