Instead of your traditional hamburger bun the gua bao has a soft steamed bun.  Add some barbequed meat, tangy pickles and crunchy bits and its party in your mouth.

Serves 4-6

Notes...

For a bit of heat add finely sliced fresh chilli or use siracha instead of hoisin in the mayo.
