Those old little green balls of yuck. Well no longer do they have to be boring! Give these little suckers a try. They are full of good nutrients and cost bugger all when in season. This recipe is easy and does not take long. Serve as a side dish or even have as a light lunch. 

Serves 2-3

Notes...

Things like the dashi, kewpie mayo, pickled ginger, kizami nori and crisp shallots can all be found in a Japanese supermarket. These things are worth having in the cupboard as they are great for adding to a lot of dishes
